HOORAY!!! YAY!!! DOUBLE MY EXCITEMENT!!!
Sorry, I really can’t handle my happiness just because of one thing: my exam IS FINALLY OVER. Actually, I’m kinda late to say it out loud because the exact time the exam was over is on April 18th 2013. ‘Better late than never’ is now valid. :p
Honestly, from January to April I felt like living within books, books, and school shits. I was preparing for the National Exam then, it was a great-yet-so-tiring effort. Why can’t I say that??? I struggled with my study, hardly. For the whatsoever thingy called National Examㅡwhich is not considered well as a passing level for students, I had to waste my 12 out of 24 hours to date with books only :) irony. Try-outs? Yes, of course. Eager with my try-out results? Well, I’m trying to remember my scores now. Proudly, I got 9.4 for English and 8.6 for Bahasa (Indonesian). The worst part here, I got 5 for my maths, physics, chemistry, straightly. My biology… well, a little bit escaped from death. I got 6 for that shit. Damn. A total mess for my first try-out. And no, I didn’t tell my parents about that. Surprisingly, I could go home lightly. I didn’t feel burdened; as a student with bad marks. The second one was just also the same. Why, oh why. Although my physics, chemistry and biology were safe and sound (?), my maths was awful! I still got 5… in a row. What was really happening to me? I didn’t expect to get that bad, well at least, I could get 6 or above. Forever wishing maths doesn’t exist. In late March, I had my third try-out. I smirked as I knew where the try-out packages were made. From Tangerang Selatan. Which means it was not Penabur who made it. JSYK, Penabur or BPK Penabur is a Christian education foundation based in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta, Indonesia. They made the question sheets so HARD that we struggled to solve them all. But the third one was from Tangerang Selatan, which means the government who made them. Why did I like it too much? Because there are several questions which were disallowed because of some circumstances. Yayness. So I could get 9 for my maths :) :) :) double luck! The rest were all okay too, except for my Bahasa. *sigh*
My school did 4 try-outs. So, the last try-out could possibly estimate what the National Exam results would like to be. And for the last try-out I got 7.2 for my English :( That. Was. Breaking. Me. Down.
So there I was! On April 15th to 18th I did my National Exam smoothly. FYI, one class was only allowed to accomodate 20 students. And each student was given a different type of question sheet, it was done so to prevent us from cheating. Nah. Why would we do that?
There were rules. Yeah, RULES at exam. I will tell ya several. Students must only bring a transparent plastic bag as a pencil case. Students are not allowed to bring handphones (WTF?). Students cannot leave the exam room before the school’s-out-bell ringing (what should I do while waiting?). Too strict?
Anyway, I’m enjoying my long-term holiday (from April 19th til fucking September!!!). Any plan to spend the holiday wisely? I got some already :)
Sorry for the bad English.
I feel blessed.
